Camp 4: FIS ELITE
Elite Camp for FIS Athletes EC, NorAM, WC (enrollment needs approval from Coaches)

 

Camp duration: August 5th - September 1st, 2018

Price: NZD 10290.00

EXTRA WEEK: September 2nd September 9th, 2018, Price: NZD 2690.00 

(refer to Handbook 2018 on details what is included in the camp fees and what will be charges additional)

Addition charges as per diem apply for special project to the ANC Cup in Thredbo or ANC Cup Speed in Mt. Hutt (this projects are optional and require a minimum of 4 Athletes participating)


The FIS Elite Camp is for Elite Athletes only and requires approval by the TCRA Staff for participation.

Approval is also depended on FIS, EC, NorAm and WC points profile and race history!

Camp Emphasize:

  • Week one: Starting with back on snow days moving into easy gate training in moderate SL and GS courses.
  • Week two: Progressive gate training focusing on improving individual performance in identified problem areas. (technical, tactical, mental, etc.)
  • Week three: Full length Slalom and GS training with timing, most of the training session will be alongside the national Teams training within the TCRA.
  • Week four: Training and racing week! The second half of August offers Elite FIS and Continental Cup races in the nearby Ski Resort Coronet Peak near Queenstown (participation is optional). Many of the training sessions in Treble Cone  will be together with the various national Teams training within the TCRA. (Austria, Sweden, USA, Norway)
  • Extra extension week: We have moved the Treble Cone Elite FIS Series into September in order to extend the training block during August. Also providing our Elite Athletes the opportunity to travel to Australia for the first ANC Cup Series.
  • If there is interest we will offer two additional projects during the Elite Camp. (see below)
  • Project 1: travel with a Team of Elite Athletes to Australia for the first ANC Cup Series in Thredbo. (Aug. 19-24 and additional cost will apply to cover travel and accommodation for TCRA Coaches accompany the Project)
  • Project 2: travel with a Team of Elite Athletes to Methven for the Speed ANC Cup Series in Mt. Hutt. (Sept. 1-5 and additional cost will apply to cover travel and accommodation for TCRA Coaches accompany the Project))
